USE POLICY

Regent is intended for lawful content creation, planning, analytics, approved automation, and social publishing workflows. You may use Regent only in compliance with applicable law, platform rules, contract obligations, and the rights of others.

You may not use Regent to:

• upload, process, generate, store, or publish unlawful, infringing, defamatory, fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive content;
• violate any person’s privacy, publicity, data protection, intellectual property, contractual, or other legal rights;
• impersonate any person, creator, business, public figure, employer, client, or brand without authorization;
• mislead users, viewers, consumers, or platforms regarding the origin, authenticity, sponsorship, or identity of content;
• submit malware, spam, credential harvesting content, exploit code, or abusive automation;
• attempt to access, monitor, scrape, bypass, disable, or interfere with Regent, connected platforms, or third-party services in an unauthorized manner.

Strictly prohibited conduct includes:

• uploading another person’s face, likeness, image, or photo without authorization and consent;
• uploading another person’s voice, audio, or speech without authorization and consent;
• creating deepfakes, synthetic endorsements, fake testimony, impersonation media, scam content, revenge content, or non-consensual identity simulations;
• using Regent to create, edit, or distribute sexual, exploitative, coercive, abusive, or otherwise harmful synthetic media involving any real person;
• using Regent to hide or facilitate fraud, phishing, market manipulation, extortion, reputational attacks, or harassment.

If you use Instagram, Meta, or other connected features through Regent, you may not use Regent to violate platform terms or automation restrictions.

• publish or schedule content you do not have the right to publish;
• connect an account you are not authorized to control or use;
• circumvent moderation, API, access, quota, or enforcement systems;
• use Regent to send unauthorized messages, abusive replies, spam comments, or manipulative automation;
• ignore takedown, suspension, or compliance requests from Regent or a third-party platform.

Regent may investigate, restrict, suspend, remove, disable, or terminate any content, feature, workflow, integration, or account that we believe violates this Policy, our Terms, provider rules, or applicable law.

We may preserve and disclose information where reasonably necessary to investigate misuse, comply with law, respond to claims, protect third parties, or protect Regent and its providers.
