AI MEDIA CONSENT

By using any Regent feature that processes photos, likenesses, faces, image references, audio, voice samples, or synthetic media outputs, you consent to the collection, storage, use, transformation, generation, and transmission of that media as reasonably necessary to provide the feature you request.

This Consent applies in addition to the Regent Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. If there is a conflict, the stricter rule governing authorized media use will apply.

If you upload a photo, image, likeness, or reference image for avatar generation or any image-based AI workflow, you represent, warrant, and agree that:

• you own the image or have all rights, permissions, and consents necessary to upload and use it through Regent;
• if the image depicts a real person, you have that person’s valid authorization and consent for the specific use you request;
• you authorize Regent and its third-party providers to process, transform, store, and generate synthetic outputs derived from that image for the feature you initiated;
• you will not upload another person’s image, face, likeness, or identity for cloning, impersonation, misleading content, or other unauthorized use.

Voice features involve heightened legal and reputational risk. If you upload or use any voice sample, speech recording, or voice reference through Regent, you represent, warrant, and agree that:

• the voice is your own, or you have all rights and explicit permission required for the processing you request;
• you understand that some third-party providers may allow only limited forms of voice cloning, and some may require that the voice belong to you personally;
• you authorize Regent and its third-party providers to process, store, synthesize, clone, or otherwise transform the voice data to provide the feature you requested;
• you will not submit another person’s voice for cloning, impersonation, deception, defamation, harassment, or any unauthorized synthetic use.

You understand and agree that Regent may send your uploaded image, voice, prompt, or related inputs to third-party AI or speech providers in order to generate outputs. These providers may include image generation, speech synthesis, or voice processing vendors used by Regent from time to time.

Such providers may process your inputs and requests according to their own technical systems and service policies. Regent does not control every processing decision or output behavior of those providers.

You understand that certain features may involve processing of information that some jurisdictions may classify as biometric identifiers, biometric information, voiceprints, face geometry, or similar sensitive data. Regent uses such inputs only to provide the feature you requested, maintain the related workflow, protect the service, and satisfy legal or compliance obligations.

Where such data remains in Regent-controlled systems, Regent will retain it only for so long as reasonably necessary for the requested purpose, service integrity, dispute resolution, abuse prevention, security, backup integrity, or compliance, and may delete or de-identify it when that purpose is satisfied or upon validated request, subject to the limits described in this Consent and the Privacy Policy.

You acknowledge and accept that synthetic media systems may:

• produce inaccurate, inconsistent, low-quality, distorted, or unexpected outputs;
• misrepresent identity features, tone, emphasis, or likeness fidelity;
• be rejected, blocked, or removed by platforms, partners, or third parties;
• create legal or reputational risk if used without sufficient rights or context.

Regent does not guarantee that any avatar, cloned voice, or synthetic media output will match your expectations, remain available, be platform-safe, or be legally suitable for your intended use.

You specifically agree that:

• you are solely responsible for all uploaded media and all synthetic outputs you generate or use;
• you will not use Regent to create non-consensual deepfakes, false endorsements, fraudulent ads, fake testimony, or impersonation content;
• you will not use Regent to violate privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, contract, employment, or platform rules;
• if any third party claims that your uploaded face, image, likeness, or voice was unauthorized, you—not Regent—are responsible for that dispute.

You may stop using AI avatar or voice features at any time. You may also request deletion of stored media or outputs, subject to operational, technical, backup, security, legal, and compliance limitations.

Where media, outputs, or related records are stored in Regent-controlled databases, storage systems, or application records, Regent may delete or de-identify that data subject to normal backup, security, audit, and legal retention limitations.

However, if a feature has already transmitted your media or related requests to a third-party provider for processing, Regent cannot guarantee deletion from that provider’s systems, logs, caches, backups, or internal retention workflows. In those cases, deletion may depend on that provider’s own systems, retention practices, and policies.

Regent may suspend or disable access to any AI feature, uploaded media, generated output, or account if we believe the media is unauthorized, risky, unlawful, non-consensual, or otherwise inconsistent with Regent’s policies or provider requirements.
