3. How We Use Information
We use information we collect to:
- create and maintain user accounts and workspaces;
- store and process your uploads, prompts, and connected-account data;
- generate avatars, synthetic voice, scripts, captions, images, reels, analytics, and related outputs you request;
- deliver Instagram or Meta-related analytics, publishing, scheduling, and automation features that you enable;
- troubleshoot, monitor, secure, and improve the service;
- comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our policies, and protect Regent, our users, and third parties.
5. Third-Party Processing and Service Providers
Regent uses third-party service providers and infrastructure vendors to operate. These providers may process your information on our behalf or at your direction when you use a feature. Depending on the feature, these providers may receive account identifiers, uploaded files, prompts, output requests, generated results, and related metadata.
These providers may include categories such as:
- authentication and account access providers;
- cloud hosting, database, storage, backup, and infrastructure providers;
- social platform, publishing, and integration providers;
- AI image generation, AI voice, speech, audio, and synthetic media providers;
- analytics, logging, monitoring, security, and support providers;
- research, scraping, enrichment, and workflow automation providers.
Providers may change over time. We may add, replace, or discontinue vendors as the service evolves.
6. Sensitive Facial and Voice Data
Regent may process uploaded photos, likenesses, face-based references, voice samples, voice-derived data, and related synthetic media inputs in connection with avatar, voice, speech, or similar AI features. In some jurisdictions, certain voiceprints, records of face geometry, or similar derived data may be treated as biometric or biometric-like information.
By using these features, you authorize Regent to collect, store, transmit, and process that media and related derived data as necessary to provide the feature you request, subject to the Regent Terms, this Privacy Policy, and the AI Avatar & Voice Consent.
Regent maintains a retention and deletion approach for this category of data. Where media or derived records remain in Regent-controlled systems, we aim to delete or de-identify them when the original purpose has been satisfied, when they are no longer reasonably needed for the requested feature, security, dispute resolution, abuse prevention, or legal compliance, or upon validated deletion request, subject to backups and legal retention requirements.
8. Retention and Deletion
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate Regent, fulfill the features you request, maintain records, secure the service, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations.
- Uploaded photos, audio, video, and generated outputs may remain stored until deleted by you, removed by us, or deleted under a valid support or legal request.
- Account, job, sync, publishing, and audit logs may be retained for operational integrity, troubleshooting, abuse prevention, and compliance.
- Connected-account data may remain stored until you disconnect the integration, delete the relevant content, request deletion, or we determine it is no longer needed.
Some residual backups, logs, or provider-side processing records may persist for a period of time after deletion requests, subject to system limitations and legal retention requirements.
9. Security and International Processing
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to help protect information we process. However, no storage, transmission, AI workflow, or third- party platform integration can be guaranteed completely secure.
Because Regent relies on cloud infrastructure and third-party providers, your information may be processed in multiple countries depending on where our providers, servers, infrastructure, or subprocessors operate.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information we hold about you by contacting us.

If your request relates to Instagram, Meta, or connected-account data used with Regent, please also review our Meta Data Deletion Instructions page for the specific information we need to process that request.
11. Contact
Questions, privacy requests, and legal notices may be sent to legal@heyregent.com.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the current published version.
7. Instagram, Meta, and Connected Account Data
When you connect Instagram or Meta to Regent, you direct us to access and use account data needed for the features you request. This may include profile information, media lists, publishing status, engagement metrics, token lifecycle data, comments, messages, and other operational data provided through the available APIs.
Regent stores and processes connected-account data to support analytics, scheduling, publishing, automation, synchronization, troubleshooting, and auditability. We may also store logs about successful or failed connection, sync, publishing, or automation events.
