with us.

We are a pre-revenue, pre-funding startup. We are looking for founding volunteers who want to ride the rocket with us — across marketing, social media, content production, video editing, and AI research. If you work hard with us and we raise, you are first in line for paid roles.

1-month minimum commitment

The longer you build with us, the more you walk away with.

Every founding volunteer commits to at least one month of consistent work. Stay longer and the experience compounds — bigger portfolio, more responsibility, and the closer we get to funding, where you become a paid hire first.

Founding volunteer

Digital Marketing

6–10 hours

Own Regent's content marketing, SEO, and outreach. Write the blog, drive targeted outbound to creators and founders who fit our user profile, and build the campaigns that make heyregent.com the first AI social-media product people find.

Scope

  • Write long-form SEO blog posts on heyregent.com/blog at a consistent cadence (CMS already built).
  • Plan and execute keyword strategy targeting category terms in AI social media, content automation, and creator tools.
  • Run targeted cold-outreach campaigns to creators, SaaS founders, and agency owners who match our user profile.

Social Media & Brand

8–12 hours

Own Regent's brand presence and content across social. Script and film the daily cadence + the set-piece product launches, build the brand voice, run the community across Instagram, TikTok, X, and LinkedIn. The face of how the world sees Regent.

Scope

  • Run @heyregent across Instagram, TikTok, X, and LinkedIn at a daily cadence.
  • Script and film short-form reels — daily cadence content + set-piece product launches.
  • Build recurring content series: behind-the-build, day-in-the-life, hook breakdowns, launch countdowns.

Video Editor

8–12 hours

Edit the reels, the tutorials, the YouTube long-form, the demo deck videos. Both short-form (IG Reels / TikTok / Shorts) and long-form (YouTube tutorials, product walkthroughs).

Scope

  • Edit short-form reels for IG / TikTok / Shorts with captions, motion, hooks.
  • Edit long-form YouTube tutorials and product walkthroughs.
  • Build a reusable template library so editing speed compounds.

Founding volunteer

AI Engineer

10–20 hours

Work on the technical core of Regent — full-stack engineering plus integrating AI models into our backend, designing algorithms that generate good content, building new features, and improving existing ones. We need coders who ship working code.

Scope

  • Ship full-stack features end-to-end — frontend, backend, and the AI inference layer.
  • Integrate new open-source AI models into the Regent backend and test them at production scale.
  • Design and refine the algorithms that decide what content Regent generates and how.
