at Regent.

An operational summary of what Regent collects, how it is stored, who can access it, and how to request removal. Each section maps directly to a binding clause in our Privacy Policy, AI Avatar & Voice Consent, and Acceptable Use Policy. Where any conflict exists, the binding documents govern.

Where data lives

Encrypted cloud storage with third-party providers (US + multi-region depending on subprocessor).

What we store

Uploads, prompts, generated outputs, connected-account metadata, processing logs, security events.

Deletion

Request removal of uploads, generated content, and connected-account data anytime via legal@heyregent.com.

Voice + face consent

You consent only to processing of YOUR voice and face — or media you have explicit authorization to use.

What we do to protect your data

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to help protect the information we process. No storage, transmission, AI workflow, or third-party platform integration can be guaranteed completely secure — but we operate under the assumption that voice and avatar data carry heightened risk and treat them accordingly.

Because Regent relies on cloud infrastructure and third-party providers, your information may be processed in multiple countries depending on where our providers, servers, infrastructure, or subprocessors operate.

What we store

The platform stores:

  • Uploaded photos, audio, video, and generated outputs — kept until deleted by you, removed by us, or removed under a valid legal request.
  • Connected-account data (Instagram, Meta, etc.) — kept until you disconnect the integration, delete the content, request deletion, or we determine it is no longer needed.
  • Logs, error reports, job status data, processing history, provider response metadata, and security events.
  • Analytics and feature usage data used to operate, improve, secure, and debug Regent.

Voice + face consent

By using any Regent feature that processes photos, faces, voice samples, or generated synthetic media, you consent to the collection, storage, use, transformation, generation, and transmission of that media as reasonably necessary to provide the feature you request.

You warrant that:

  • The voice is your own, or you have all rights and explicit permission required for the processing you request.
  • The photo / likeness is your own, or you have valid authorization and consent from the depicted person for the specific use you request.
  • You will not upload another person's image, face, likeness, voice, or identity for cloning, impersonation, or misleading content.

Voice features carry heightened legal and reputational risk. We treat them with stricter controls than general content uploads.

You may not use Regent to:

  • Upload another person's face, likeness, image, or photo without authorization and consent.
  • Upload another person's voice, audio, or speech without authorization and consent.
  • Upload, process, generate, store, or publish unlawful, infringing, defamatory, fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive content.
  • Violate any person's privacy, publicity, data protection, intellectual property, contractual, or other legal rights.
  • Cause Regent to violate platform terms or automation restrictions.

Violations result in account suspension, content removal, and where applicable, referral to the affected platform or law enforcement.

Deletion + your rights

How to remove your data

You may request:

  • Access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information we hold about you — by emailing legal@heyregent.com.
  • Disconnection of Instagram or Meta from Regent — via product settings where supported, or by contacting us.
  • Deletion of uploaded or generated content — subject to technical, operational, and legal limitations (records we need to retain for security, dispute resolution, abuse prevention, or compliance).

Third parties

Subprocessors we share data with

Regent uses third-party services to operate the platform. Categories include:

  • Cloud hosting + storage providers.
  • AI model providers (for voice generation, avatar rendering, transcription, language understanding).
  • Analytics, logging, monitoring, security, and support providers.
  • Payment processing partners.
  • Platform integrations you connect (Instagram, Meta, TikTok, etc.) — which receive only the data needed for the publishing and automation tasks you request.

Subprocessor categories can change as we evolve the stack. Material changes affecting how your data is processed will be reflected in updated versions of the Privacy Policy.
