Own Regent's brand presence and content across social. Script and film the daily cadence + the set-piece product launches, build the brand voice, run the community across Instagram, TikTok, X, and LinkedIn. The face of how the world sees Regent.

1-month minimum commitment

Every founding volunteer commits to at least one month of consistent work. The longer you stay, the more experience you walk away with — and the closer we get to funding, where you become a paid hire first.

About the role

The Social Media & Brand role owns how Regent shows up on the public internet — both the daily cadence and the big launch moments. You run @heyregent across Instagram, TikTok, X, and LinkedIn. You script and film the reels, you announce the product launches, you build recurring content series (behind-the-build, day-in-the-life, hook breakdowns), and you reply to comments and DMs. This is the role that decides what the brand feels like to people who discover Regent for the first time.

You set the daily editorial direction, plan launch campaigns weeks in advance, identify trending hooks in real time, and hand off raw footage to the Video Editor role for polish. This is not a "queue posts and forget" gig — social compounds only when content ships consistently and the voice stays sharp.

What you'll do

  • Run @heyregent across Instagram, TikTok, X, and LinkedIn at a daily cadence.
  • Script and film short-form reels — daily cadence content + set-piece product launches.
  • Build recurring content series: behind-the-build, day-in-the-life, hook breakdowns, launch countdowns.
  • Own and protect the Regent brand voice — every post should feel like Regent, not a generic SaaS account.
  • Reply to comments, manage DMs, build community engagement around the brand.
  • Identify trending hooks weekly and turn them into Regent-branded content.
  • Hand off raw footage and shot notes to the Video Editor role for polish.

  • Comfortable being a recurring voice for the brand.
  • Sharp instincts for hooks, captions, and what is working this week.
  • Reliable daily cadence — social compounds only when posts ship every day.
  • Strong scripting and storytelling chops for short-form formats.

Nice to have

Bonus skills

  • On-camera comfort — cherry on top. If you enjoy being on camera you can be a public face of Regent. Strongly preferred but not required.
  • Existing IG / TikTok / X presence (any size, any niche).
  • Familiarity with Instagram + TikTok analytics.
  • Background in community management or content series production.

Frequently asked

Do I need to be on camera?+

No. On-camera presence is a bonus, not a requirement. Voiceover, B-roll, animated content, and Regent-generated avatar reels all work for the videos we ship.

Will I be the public voice of @heyregent?+

Yes, for the platforms you own. We treat that with respect — you will not be put on camera against your will, and brand voice decisions are made together.

Is this paid?+

No. Founding-volunteer role. If we raise, you are first in line for paid roles.

Hours per week?+

8–12. Daily presence required, but the per-day commitment is small once the workflow is set up.
