Documents: A Lead Magnet with Every Post
Every reel and carousel Regent generates comes with a companion document — a structured long-form write-up of the post's value (intro, sections, resources, call-to-action). Publish it in one click and it becomes a public page you can deliver automatically through DM funnels.
Before you start
- At least one generated post
- A claimed bio handle (documents publish under your handle URL)
Steps
- 1
Open Documents
Go to Bio → Documents. Two tabs: Published (live documents with view counts and read time) and Drafts (posts whose documents are not published yet).
- 2
Preview a draft
Preview shows the exact rendered document — title from the post topic, cover from the thumbnail, full sections, and CTA — before anything goes live.
- 3
Publish
One click publishes the document at yourhandle/p/document-slug. Visibility is public by default, with password protection and expiry available.
- 4
Deliver it through DMs
In a comment-to-DM automation, the {doc_url} placeholder resolves to this document's live URL — commenters get the guide automatically.
Frequently asked
Do I have to write the documents myself?+
No. Regent generates the document with the post — intro, sections, resources, and closing CTA. You review, optionally adjust, and publish.
Why pair documents with posts?+
A "comment GUIDE and I'll DM it" call-to-action converts viewers into engaged followers and leads. The document is the deliverable that makes the funnel honest.
Can I see how documents perform?+
Published documents track views and read time, and bio analytics covers visitors, leads captured, and top-performing blocks.
