How to Build Your Link-in-Bio Page
Regent includes a link-in-bio page builder, so the link in your Instagram profile is part of the same system that creates your content. Claim a handle, stack blocks (links, email signup, tip jar, booking, embeds), pick a theme, and publish. Analytics track visits, clicks, and leads.
Before you start
- A Regent account
Steps
- 1
Open the Bio workspace
Regent auto-creates a starter page. Claim your custom handle — your public URL is heyregent.com/yourhandle.
- 2
Add blocks
Links, headers, text, images, embeds, email signup, tip jar, and booking blocks. Drag to reorder, edit inline, delete what you do not need.
- 3
Theme it
Pick colors, font pairing, and accent in the theme drawer, and add your social links. The phone preview shows the live result as you edit.
- 4
Publish
Toggle the page live and put the URL in your Instagram bio. Published documents from your posts also live under the same handle.
- 5
Track performance
Bio analytics show page views, unique visitors, block click-through rates, countries, devices, and captured leads with CSV export — windows from 7 to 90 days.
Frequently asked
Does the bio page capture leads?+
Yes. The email signup block collects emails, the analytics page lists captured leads, and you can export them as CSV.
Can I use my own handle?+
Yes — claim any available handle. Your page and your published documents share it: heyregent.com/yourhandle and yourhandle/p/document-slug.
Why use Regent's bio page instead of Linktree?+
It is wired into the rest of the loop: documents generated with your posts publish under the same handle, DM funnels link to them, and leads land in the same dashboard.
