How to Generate a Reel
Reels generate from your approved weekly plan. Open a calendar slot, click Generate reel, and Regent writes the script and renders the video with your avatar and cloned voice in the background. The finished reel lands on the Content page for review.
Before you start
- An approved weekly plan
- An active avatar and trained voice profile (recommended for talking-head reels)
Steps

Open a calendar slot
Click any slot in your approved week. The drawer shows the AI-planned topic, hook, and format.

Click Generate reel
The job queues and runs in the background — script writing, voiceover in your cloned voice, avatar lip-sync, and captions. You can leave the page.

Review on the Content page
When rendering completes the reel appears under Content with a thumbnail and playback. Captions on screen are part of the render.

Approve, edit, or regenerate
Approve the design to mark it Ready, send it to an editor for a human pass, or regenerate if the take is not right.

Jobs run in the background and typically complete within minutes depending on length and queue. You do not need to keep the page open.
Does every reel come with a caption and document?+
Yes. Each generated reel and carousel ships with a written caption and a long-form companion document you can publish as a lead magnet and deliver through DM funnels.
Can I edit the script before rendering?+
Slot details show the planned topic and hook before you generate, and the Content page lets you review and regenerate after. The editor workflow also supports a human revision pass.
